A Trend Controls IQ3 system, complete with a BEMS head end graphics package was installed. The scheme comprises of a mix of low temperature hot water plant, chillers and ventilation plant, served from the 8th floor plantroom and intelligent building controllers placed within each of the eleven control panels situated across the site.
Floors are served by ceiling mounted Passive Chilled Beam units controlled via the Trend BEMS from floor mounted Trend IQ3 controllers. Chilled Beams are controlled individually to give maximum flexibility of office layout as the floors become occupied.
